Day of Defat: Low frame rates

Hello!

I´m having problem playing Day of defeat:Source. I´m having low framerates.
Which gives me a very sluggish gameplay.

With XP everything works fine.

My Spec:
Vista Ultimate
AMD XP64 4000+
3GB DDR RAM
15K HD
ATI X850 XT AGP (driver 7.1)
Creative XFI Extreme Gamer. (their latest beta driver)

Since DOD runs off the HL2:Source. Can you run the HL2:Lost Coast benchmark
under XP and Vista and tell us what the numbers are. Not totally accurate I
know, but it's a starting point.
