I am trying to run "Tropico Mucho Macho", but it won't run at all in Windows
Vista Home Preimium :-( I have tried the compatibility mode as well, but
with no luck. Any suggestions?

Try running as administrator. Right click on the shortcut or executable and
choose run as administrator and see if that does it for ya.
