| | Games not supported by vista i just bought a game and it aparently wont work on vista. other games when you look at there specifications dont day vista supported because it simply wasnt created when the game came out. i was thinking this would be the case for this game but it isnt. is there anyway to somehow override the install so it doesnt give me an error message saying O.S. not supported? |

Knowing what game it is would help. But it sounds like it could be resolved by using compatibility mode (right-click the games shortcut and go to properties -> compatibility and put it in XP mode). -- Paul Smith, Yeovil, UK. | | Re: Games not supported by vista If it's the installation routine that says OS not supported, leave the disk in the drive and try right clicking on the setup file go to properties and select compatibility mode XP SP2.
