Re: new vista 32 bit update

Not to be rude, but what's the point of this ? Are you planning on posting
every time you get an update ? I ran my updates yesterday and I didn't have
anything today ? I could see if you at least posted what the update was and
why someone might be interested, but an "I got an update and had to
reboot", doesn't seem to serve any purpose

Re: new vista 32 bit update

No I'm not a flamer, But I don't see what purpose it serves to post every
time there is a Microsoft update available and I'm sure glad everyone
doesn't post here, when they see a Microsoft update on their machine. Plus
this is a games forums, and your post would have made more sense in the
General forums, unless the patch was games specific

It's good that you want to help, which is why I said you could have at least
said what the patch was for, or if you would have posted to be wary of said
patch as it caused you a crash that would have made sense.

And if you think my response was a flame, avoid of the General group, as
their are alot rougher chaps in their than me. And I'm not a netcop or news
nanny, either. I think most people would agree that keeping the post some
what relevent to the topic is not asking too much

Re: new vista 32 bit update

Update for what?
Since this is a "games" newsgroup, I can only guess a Microsoft game has an
update or perhaps there is a new Vista driver for something that affects one
or more games.
But without specifics even that much is insufficient.

Specifics would be helpful.

Re: new vista 32 bit update

I have seen no Vista 32 bit games updates so it would be helpful if you
could explain what this update is for?
