They are not in Enterprise by default (gotta keep that productivity high!).
You can go to the Control Panel | Programs and Features | Turn Windows
Features on or off | And you can install the games from there.

Enterprise & Games

Hi all,
I just instald the Vista Enterprise! I cant find the Games! In the All
Programs Just the Game Explorer,... but this is clear! Who can I find the
Games, or in the Enterprise is'nt?

Games are not required on a corporate desktop.
See your administrator about your requirement to play games.

I believe you can add then from the Programs and Features applet in control
panel.
