Vista - HEROS BETA XTRAP PROBLEM

Had no problem with Windows XP, now new computer has Windows Vista Premium. I
get a box saying XTRAP unsupported software. Code field
[01-0300-00000000-031]. This game is from NETGAME.COM site. Anyone know how
to fix, Microsoft don't !!! Don't BUY VISTA it sucks !!

I know I should feed the troll, but Vista sucks because your game
doesn't work?

- Microsoft has no obligation to fix a bug in a game which they didn't
write. You should check netgame.com and find it they fixed the error in
the game's compatibility with Vista.

It is the XTRAP not the game causing the problem. XTRAP is a on-line
protection the servers use. There is a VMware program that worked for some
people, it makes the XTRAP think you are using Windows XP. But I did not get
it to work. So I play it with my old tower with XP on it.

when you run the game, did you try right clicking on the shortcut and
choosing Run as administrator ?, Also, if you right click on the shortcut,
choose properties, choose compatibility and then choose XP:SP2. Give it a
shot.

I don't think it's completely fair to blame Microsoft or Vista, since it is
teh developers job to make the game work with Vista.

Did you check netgame.com's website under their forums ? They address this
problem
