| | Troubles, games, Vista? No games working! Somethings wrong, I don't know if it's with my installation of Windows Vista or what. Anyway, everytime I try to launch any game, e.g; Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic, and I know it works, cause I can hear the sounds and so on, the(I don't know if this is the correct name, since I'm using the danish version) Problemreporter and solutions pops up, and comes with the message: Error has been recorded, therefore we'll be have to close this program. World of Warcraft, and CS(CS only works with software mode which aint good enough for me) works. Don't know why, World of Warcraft I'm running in a window, that might be why? However, I'm not going to play every single game of mine in a window, please someone, help. Appreciated, Martin Larsen(devon). |

| | Re: Troubles, games, Vista? No games working! System specs would help in the process. But more than likely you're dealing with a Driver issues, and more than likely it's a video driver issue. Early verson of the video driver didn't support OpenGL, which may be why you're having running CS:S. If you have a nVidia card, you'll ant to grab the 100.65 drivers from nVidia'swebsite, if you have an ATI card, you'll want to grab the 7.1 or 7.2 drivers from ATI\AMD's website "Martin Larsen" <Martin Larsen@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:7BFD7065-907B-40AD-B45E-C96A48C4096A@microsoft.com... > Somethings wrong, I don't know if it's with my installation of Windows > Vista > or what. | | Re: Troubles, games, Vista? No games working! Helpful, but if this won't help, I'll write it in this topic. Anyway, I'm running an Nvidia 7650GS video card, 1024 mbram, Vista Home Premium, also core2duo processor. "Dale M. White" wrote: > System specs would help in the process.
