Downloading Games from Big Fish

Was able to download games just fine for about 3 weeks. Now, it lets me go
through the motions with the run or save box, when its finished it
disappears. I have downloaded these very games from them on vista already -
and can't figure out what the problem is now. Can anyone please help?

Uncheck the "Close this dialog box" and then after the dl completes, select
Open Folder and see where the dl was put. I just did a trial dl from BF and
it ended up where I told it to put it.

Thanks but the box was never checked. Now what??? Hmmm...
