Vista - world of warcrat issues

having recently installed vista i am having problems with my curser stopping
an inch from the right hand side and an inch from the bottom of my screen
making play impossible.i thought it to be a warcraft problem till trying a
few other games and finding the same fault.the issue does not occur in
windows/web etc.
have i missed an obvious setting somewhere or is it a bigger issue

nvidea 6800gt using latest 100.65 beta drivers

I would say its a driver problem. I have had no problems with WoW and Vista
with ATI card. Works as well as XP pro and XP pro x64 did on the same
system. average of 56 fps 1680 x 1050 all graphic options maxed.

AMD 4200+ X2
Asus M2N32 SLI Deluxe.
2 Gigs DDR2 6400
ATI X1900 XTX 512 mb
Sound Blaster X-Fi xtreem music
2 Maxtor 120 gig SATA drives in Raid 0
Vista Home Premium 32 bit

I have recently replaced my nvidea 6800gt with an ati 1950 pro and the issue
still remains any suggestions would be most appriciated
