Is solitaire still available in Vista?

Actually, yes. This game is very available in Vista, along with many other
fun games.

If you're using the Business SKU of Windows Vista then the games aren't
automatically installed. You can however install them by going to Control
Panel -> Programs -> Turn Windows features on or off, you'll have a list of
features to add or remove, including the games.
