| | AoE3 and Display Driver and Comand and Concer 3 I have just upgraded to Windows Vista Business and I have for several months been trying to get AoE3 to work with out a hitch but have so far failed. The Program work on my Inspiron 6400, running 2GB of ram and a 1.6 Due Core Prosessor so it is compatable and all the drivers are working my problem is with my integrated video I belive. I have an Intel 945Gm Express Chipset Controller 0 (Microsoft Corporation -WDDM) and as I play the game, the game runs as well as expected (little laggy) but evey so offend the system will lag out and when it returns from a black screen the lighting in the game is gone. It becomes simmilar the the shading of the fog of war, exsept the fog is still completly black. Is there any way I can fix my specific chipset to stop failing and work like Vista intended it? |
