Vista - Freelancer Text Corruption

For this I need serious help. I have an Intel 945GM accelerator, and it works
fine on all other games I've tried it on. But on Freelancer, the text is
bouncing all over the screen, making everything impossible to read. I've seen
the same thing on 810/815 series cards, and I tried Microsoft's recommended
fix for that. Didn't work. Could someone help me?

I have the same issue. Toshiba Sat Pro a100-cs3. tried the 815 fix in
flconfigdatabase.txt. Made it better but several screens still bounce
around and it crashes to desktop.

Has anyone found a fix for this issue of the text bouncing around? I have tried to loading DirectX 9. and disabling many other setting and turning all features off in the game and in Windows OS.
