OpenGL initialization

All,

I realize this post may be slightly misdirected, but ...

I'm having no joy getting ANY OpenGL initialization on Vista to
succeed. Using latest 7.4 Catalyst drivers from ATI, it appears that
my call to ChoosePixelFormat() never returns.

I suspect this might be more of a PC configuration thing since the
same OpenGL initialization succeeds on my development PC where I have
Visual C++ Express installed.

Has anyone encountered similar issues?

Thanks for any input.

Clint Weisbrod.

Re: OpenGL initialization

What OpenGL games are you trying to play ?

I don't have any problem with Doom3 and call of Duty (1st one) and I just
played a few levels of Prey the other day
