Vista - MohaaS and MohaaB crash

hi folks,

i have installed medal of honor allied assault on my new pc which has Vista.
And the games works.
But when I tried to install the first expansion of the game, SpearHead, the
game crashes as I start the exe: the console opens but after that black
screen and the crash.
Same stuff with the second expansion, Breaktrough.

Should I hope for a solution or not ?
