Vista - Halo BoxArt not appearing

I installed Halo: Combat Evolved and connected to the internet and it has
been a day and no box art has downloaded but all the other information has.

I checked the registry and looked under the BoxArt key and found a url that
points to the correct box art but it doesn't seem to show it.

Also there is no key "TimeToRefereshBoxArt" in the registry for Halo, I
tried creating one with a value of 1 (decimal) but it had no effect.

Here is the box art url I got from the registry:

I installed Halo: Combat Evolved and it appeared in the Games Explorer just
fine, with box art and all. In looking through the registry I didn't see
anything that looked like a box-art url though. If you can point me where to
look I can tell you what my reg entries look like.
