Does anyone know if The sims online works with Vista? I downloaded fine but
when it finishes and takes me to the page to go to the city it says
connection failed. I go to the icon on my desk top to sign back in and
nothing happens. I've changed compatability for it to play on Service Pack 2
but still no go. I've downloaded twice and it still doesnt work. Any
suggestions? Anyone ? I miss my friends.

Have you configured the firewall for it?

Control Panel -> Security -> Allow a program through the Windows Firewall.
Check to see if the Sims Online is listed there, if not click on Add program
and add it.
