Vista - Cant patch my games on Vista.

OS Vista Ultimate x32 (spanish)
Im having problems patching my games. I installed games like for example
Diablo2, when u connect through the game to blizzards Battlenet the game DLs
the patch, exits the game (so files can be modified) and installs it
automaticaly . But every time it starts to patch i get an error saying the
file game file is still "in use by another program "and cant be patched. Same
was for Unreal Tournament 2004 Vista keept elling me that the game file is in
use so it cant be patched.

What i noticed is that the warning "the program is beeing used by another
program" only appears if u run the game (then close it) before patching it,
so it looks like that vista doesnt close properly the games after exiting
them so the patch prgrams think that the game is still in use.
So only way to patch is reboting and initialiting the patch, if u open the
game by mistake the patch will detect the file to patch as beeing used and
therefore not able to be modifyed

Any ideas?

Right click on the programs and click 'Run as administrator' sounds like a
permissions problem to me.
