Vista - Java Download

I bought a new Dell E520 Vista Mar/07 , cannot play Pogo games without
JavaScript Software......Windows will not allow me to download Java...any
suggestions?

Yeah, Christine, Java guys have said several times that Java and Vista are
not playing nicey-nice together, so expect problems until they can fix all
the issues. I had a couple customers come into my shop unable to play on
Pogo with Vista, and another with Windows XP and AOL that just wouldn't run
Java correctly.

Well that's a little off basis, my point is that Vista and Java still have
compatibility issues. Your best bet would be what mac suggested and go to
http://java.sun.com and get the latest version of Java for Vista.

If nothing seems to work and you've exhausted all avenues, I'd say give EA a
call on their tech support line, or just go to http://support.ea.com i'm
sure they have articles posted about Vista and Pogo with workarounds that
might help.
