Could also be your wireless card, try connecting your PC to your router with
an ethernet cable, if you can't reach the router try plugging your cable/dsl
modem directly into your PC.
RAM = those chips in your computer that data is copied into when running
programs
Free Space or HD Space is not RAM, it's storage space for when the program
is not running because, well HDs are slow.
On the off chance that it is WoW, which I doubt trying during off-peak hours
usually won't make a big difference.
Upgrade the firmware to your router if you're using one, make sure your
wireless network adapter drivers have been updated, but like I said, I
recommend a direct connetion to your router.
