Vista - Chess Titans Draw BUG - ERROR

Well,

When we have a queen and 2 towers breaking the computer king we dont have a
DRAW... Its a check mate... but.. Chess Titans says : "draw"

When it occurs 1 time, its ok. But 3 times in a week its ridiculous. There´s
an algorithm error.

Anybody know about how to solve this problem?

I do not really understand the scenario.
If it is that the computer can ONLY move the king AND it is the computer's move AND the king is not in check BUT cannot move due to the fact that any move will move it INTO check, then it is a draw.
Is that the case? I do not understand your term 'breaking the ___ king', as it is not a chess term I have heard before.

Can you post a screen shot somewhere of this the next time
it happens?

Like wise I haven't heard the term breaking the King, but if the King cannot
move, due to being checked in every direction, then it is a draw.

Looks like a classic draw to me. The opposition, knowing it could not win maneuvered you into a draw! You better be careful next time and think a few more moves ahead!
Your two queens and your knight are stopping the king from making a move, because the only move (5 possible) the king would make is into check. Hence, a draw!
B.T.W. those things you call 'towers' are not castles, they are queens, which can move diagonally OR horizontally OR vertically. Castles can only move horizontally or vertically ... perhaps you are confused with the pieces and their legal moves?

As majmac says it is a draw as the black king is unable to move
other then into check. The square it is on is not in check.
It cannot move so it is called a draw or stalemate.

That is a stalemate. (ie: DRAW) Assuming it is blacks turn to move.

They are NOT currently checked...they cannot actually move in any direction
without entering check. Therefore it is a draw... white doesn't win..sorry
