FROZEN POGO!!

I have a new computer with windows vista..ugh! My problem is..whenever i try
to play texas holdem poker it freezes..sometimes I manage to get into a room
but 8 times out of ten it freezes. I have tried everything that has been
suggested so far but NOTHING seems to work. I can play other games ok ..the
problem just seems to be with poker. ANY NEW SUGGESTIONS would be
appreciated!

Pretty much guarantee it's Java. Java hasn't been 100% since Vista, but I
admit I haven't tried Java applications in like a week. Check with
http://support.ea.com, chances are they have a topic covering Pogo and
Vista, get latest Java for Vista at http://java.sun.com. Sun might have info
on compatibility problems as well.

If you really need your pogo you might try installing Virtual PC 2007 from
Microsoft, if you have a copy of Windows 2k or XP you can install on it.
That'll let you run the non-graphic heavy pogo apps from within Vista. Try
other browsers like Firefox or Safari Beta, ya never know.

Good News, Grats.

FYI, Safari 3.0.2 Beta works with Pogo also.
