Vista Tutorial - Vista doesnt recognise Xbox 360 Controller

Well, I recently bought Halo2 PC, and I was trying to get my 360 to work on
PC. I downloaded the 32 bit drivers, and it does nothing. Any clue as to how
I would get Vista to recognise that the drivers are already installed?

Your not trying to use a wireless controller with the USB charging
cable, as this is a common mistake.

lol.....I have to admit I thought the charging cable would also work,
didn't take me long to realize it didn't. Got myself a wired
controller and it works great with Tomb Raider anniversary.
