Vista - Java does not work for only one Vista user acct.

Java does not work for only one Vista user acct. I found this out while
trying to play POGO.com games. I got error msg [java not found or not
working. Pogo had worked prior to today. Something has changed, but I can not
figure it out. Every thing works ok if I logout and log in under another user
acct. I have full administer rights under my user acct.

I am running Vista Ultimate build 6000

windows IE7.0

Version: 7.0.6000.16473
Cipher Strength: 256-bit
Update Version:0

Java
Version 1.6.0 (build 1.6.0_01-b06)

Enabled in java control for IE, IE7.0, and everywhere I have tried to find it.

Try to play on another browser , just like Firefox
if it's work I guess the problem would be from IE7 Add-ons manager.
If not, uninstall java then download latest vesrion of sun jave software
from java.com
