Vista Tutorial - interference with games

I am having trouble while playing a video game on my new computer I just
upgraded to vista and when I play my games, I get strange interference. The
interference looks sort of like an old T.V. when somone is messing with the
antena. Then on my World of Warcraft game whenever I lag my screen freezes
for 2 seconds and then goes completely black for 3 seconds when I minimize
WoW I get a message that says "Display driver has malfunctioned and
recovered". My graphics card model is Intel(R) 82945G Express Chipest Family.
I would like help asap so i can fix this issue.
