| | Re: games crashing Hello, What are the games that are crashing? Are they games that require DX10 or DX9? In most cases games need DX 9 (that's they reason they work fine on XP), so you will have to install DirectX 9 in order for them to work properly. -- Hope this helps, Rishi email: rishi@vista-news.com | web: http://vista-news.com "Bear" <Bear@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:18A46FE8-1603-405E-A6D4-D3D14D0C39C8@microsoft.com... >i have recently bought a few games to be used on my new pc. Other than that do a search in these newsgroups, chances are someone has talked about your game already, i'm sure you can find a solution if you just poke around. -A. |

Its not that the games will not install then run, they do, they can go for hours, but they will still crash. Bear |
