Hearts Name problem

I am using Vista Premium. When I play hearts, the players names are hard to
read because the names are written in both black and white in different font
sizes. Any ideas? I have a snippet but do not know how to attach it to this
message.

Welcome to Usenet, you can't attach photos. Takes up too much bandwidth.

As for your font problem you might try playing with the background and game
board setup in Hearts, or adjust your windows colors (right click desktop,
choose personalize) until you land a color scheme that works for you.

Reason fonts are black and white is so they will show up on light and dark
background.

Good luck.
A.

Re: Hearts Name problem

Hi all, new guy here. I have the same problem. I'm running vista on a HP
dv9612ca laptop and changing the game settings doesn't fix it. I've
updated the bios and video drivers as well and it's still a no go

Re: Hearts Name problem

Never mind, I found the fix for my problem, set the nvidia control panel
3d settings to "let the application decide". I had changed it awhile
back to highest quality setting and that's what messed up the fonts.
