Vista - Problems with java on pogo and jigzone

Desparatelty need someone's help. When on Pogo, I get messages java not
found or not working properly and cannot download game images. On Jigzone,
it keeps telling me error occurred please check internet connection.
Computer is only 6 months old and am gettiung really fed up. Cannot find
what is wrong with it. Java worked fine when I first got it but a couple of
months agao, I started having trouble with Java. Have uninstalled and
reinstalled java several times, verified installation, have enabled java in
all places that I was told and so on. Nothing is working. Someone told me
some program is running that is blocking it, but I do not know how to find
what it is. Hope someone can help me please. etting ready to heave puter
out door. I am running Windows Vista Basic on my computer and am getting
really frustrated. Am having so much problems with it.

Can you please tell us which browser you are using in order to access these
websites? It might be some setting in the browser that is causing this
problem. I recommend that you check your settings for your cookies in
Internet Explorer if you're using Internet Explorer and enable Java if
you're using Mozilla Firefox. These can be done through the tools menu in
the browser that you are using.

Please get back to us with more information regarding the browser you are
using and more details about your computer if possible.
