Vista - getting vista ultimate 32/64 help plz

A8N-SLi delux motherbaord 939... 4800+ dual core 2x 6800 ultra graphics cards.... can you plz tell me what probs i will get ?? this is a gaming computer and has no printer or scanners.... was running XP with no probs now running vista home pre.. and got no sound PLZ PLZ i need to know before it all turns to
i am looking at 64 bit coz nothing will see the 4 gig ram

You said you're getting no sound, but you mention nothing of which sound
card you have installed in your computer.

Check your drivers under Device Manager, if you are using the integrated
sound card on your motherboard, go to the Asus website (I assume that's an
ASUS motherboard), look up your motherboard in the support area and download
the latest drivers for Vista.

Check your speaker connections and write back if you need further
assistance.

I have the same MB. Sound should work, even with the wrong drivers.
However, here's the correct driver:

Wrong file. It should be the 977 Audio Codec file:
