Re: call of duty blackscreen

This is a Vista games group, why would you post a Win XP Problem here?

Have you upgraded to COD2 v 1.3? That fixes some Multiplayer problems? Do
you have the latest Punkbuster installed?

You need Punkbuster working and there have been a bunch of problems in the
last month with the Punkbuster updater. You may have to manually update
Punkbuster. If this is a problem and you can't get into a Server because
of a PB error, then grab this file

http://www.evenbalance.com/downloads/pbsvc/pbsvc.exe

Run it and it will make sure your PB is working and it does a simulation
connection and checks everything OK.
