Vista - games explorer

I have installed Vista and none of the games that are included work with the
game explorer. They don't start.

Have you used a tweak to remove the arrows from shortcuts? This can stop
GE from working

No, I have not tweeked Vista at all yet. When I click on the game icon it
brings up a folder where the games are to be saved.

I don't think I understand you "Games Explorer not working". Are there even
icons in the games explorer? What version of Vista are you running? What
game are you trying to play?

Haha, I joke. Seriously, Games Explorer not working, we can't help you
unless you give us some information about your computer. We're not psychic,
and were not sitting next to you looking over your shoulder.

OK, I am running Vista Home Premium 64 bit version on an AMD Athlon 64
Processor 3200+ with a gig of ram. I see an icon for each game that comes
with vista in the game explorer, but when I click on any of them the system
opens up a folder that looks like where saved games are stored. I am trying
to play spider sol, but all the games react the same when I click on the icon.
