| Windows Vista x64 Ultimate | Games Explorer Icons The Vista Games Explorer is cool in that when a game is installed you get really great looking icons representing the games, along with other information such as ESRB and performance ratings. This happens even with older games that where around long before Vista, games like Diablo 2, Empire Earth and The Sims 2. A few minutes after installing the game, the Games Explorer dutifully downloads better icons for the game, which is usually the original boxart. But there are some even older games for which this does not happen, such as Tetris 4000. My question is how can I add my own image to a game in the Games Explorer when one is not automatically downloaded? And then how can I submit this image to microsoft metaservices so that others who may also be using the game also get icons? |

| Windows Vista x64 Ultimate | Re: Games Explorer Icons Is there no-one that can help me to customize the icons in Games Explorer? Or at the very least add my own PNG Icons for those games that do not have proper Games Explorer icons? |

| Vista Home Premium 32bit | Re: Games Explorer Icons Hi guys hows it going? Here's a solution to your problem. There is a program called Vista Games Explorer Editor or VGEE for short. It lets you edit information on games in VGE including cover art. It can be downloaded from the following link: vge.editor - Â Vista Game Explorer Editor I hope this has been helpful. ![]() MOBO: Compaq Presario V3000 Laptop CPU : AMD Turion64 Dual Core 1.9Ghz MEM : 4Gb DDR2 667 GPU : Nvidia GeForce Go 7150M / nForce 630M OS. : Windows Vista Home Premium x32 |
