Vista - This game is currently unavaible

Hello everyone!!! Please excuse me if my English is not very good, but it is
not my mother tongue. I thus hope to be understood.

I play counter strike 1.6

When that I leave the play and that I test of me reconnecter later, I often
have this message.

"This game is currently unavaible."

"Please try again at another time".

I controlled in the processes if all were well closed and nothing. Neither
Steam.ex, nor HL.exe are carried out. Is not a problem of occupied waiter, I
am sour. The only means is to start again the PC so that all functions
correctly.

I never had this problem with XP

Can somebody it help me?
