Vista - installed WC3 FROZEN THRONE

this is very frustrating. what is wrong with vista? i've always had warcraft
III Frozen throne on my computer but just got vista. the original warcraft 3
Reign of Chaos installs and runs fine. when i go to install the frozen
throne, it gets to about 25% and then stops. just stops....i have to
control/alt/delete end task to get it off my screen. after wards, not onaly
does the frozen fail to install but wc3 reign of chaos won't work anymore. it
says this applicatinn failed to start because mss32.dll could not be found
(even though the mss32.dll file is infact in the warcraft 3 reign of chaos
folder). if i reinstall wc3 reign of chaos, then reign of chaos will work
again. but frozen throne will NOT install no matter what.

If your CD looks scratched to hell you might just go get another one, or
look up "banana CD scratch fix" on google.

If it's not your CD try installing the game on another system if you have
access to one. Possible your CD drive is having issues.

From what you describe it doesn't sound like a Vista problem, just something
wrong with either your computer hardware or the CD itself.

Best bet is to post a new message, include specific problems, specific
system specifications (every computer is different, usually), etc, and
someone will specifically come along to laugh at this post because I used
itterations of specific like 20 times in one paragraph.

Hiya I jave W3 Reign of Chaos. until yesterday it was running fine.. Now it
is saying some problem with a dll fine names 'SlntfNT.dll'. Its asking for
the right cd when the cd is already in the drive. Can you suggest anything
that can help me.
