Re: Gaming with Team SPeak

May you dont have the authorisation to speak! Otherwise test your microphone
with Vista. Vista have speech detection system so if vista dont here you sth
must be wrong with your mic.
But if it "hear" your voice try to make your input louder, i also was used
to do it.

Hope i helped you

Re: Gaming with Team SPeak

Hmm you should really write TeamSpeak support about that.

A simple voice application should not require admin rights.
In fact a program like that having admin rights is a very bad idea.

Why, is a hacker gonna TALK your computer to DEATH?!

Haha, joking. I had to jump on that.

This is an issue with Ventrillo as well, the push to talk button does not work from within anothe program unless admin rights are enabled for it.

Works fine from TF2, EQ2, and LotRO for me without admin, and it was a joke,
so... :P

Re: Gaming with Team SPeak

No.

Any program that runs with admin rights is an attack vector for the machine.

Running programs in user mode space makes a computer much more secure.
