Trouble with Game installation

I recently had to have my hard drive replaced. Previous to that, I was able
to download Big Fish Games with no problems at all. Now when I attempt to do
so, I get a message from my Spy Sweeper program: "File System Sheild has
quarantined a potential threat that was trying to install itself".

I am not real well versed with this sort of thing, but I went into my Spy
Sweeper Program, unchecked the boxes such as BFclient, BFservices, etc., and
attempted again to download a game but got the same message from Spy Sweeper.

I contaced BF support and they indicated to me that they had tried several
times to get Spy Sweeper to stop Spy Sweeper from flagging their site but
they indicated they have had no luck...not sure how real that is but...

I would appreciate any suggestions/help anyone can give. Thanks in advance.

Re: Trouble with Game installation

Disable Spy Sweeper and then install the program and re-enabler Spy Sweeper?

Instead of talking to Spy Sweeper (Good program, btw, if you like paying for
spy ware programs), call Big Fish Games, tell them your game doesn't work
with this program running and how do they plan to fix it?
