| | Can't access John-117 website with Vista/IE My Windows Vista system I cannot access the http://halo3.com/believe/test/shell.html website. It flashes a brief message that my Flash player needs to be upgraded and takes me to enter birthdate. I enter my birthdate and it says that I do not meet the minimum age requirements and my birthdate turns red. Yes I was born in '63. I have Flash 9 installed, and the latest java. This site works fine on my XP machines. However they are lo-rez. And when I access this site on my XP machines I get a screen with a mercator world map and ask me to select country region then takes me to the enter birthdate. On my Vista system it briefly flashes the Flash 9 upgrade message then prompts me for my birthdate. My Vista machine has an 8800GTS card which I am looking forward to viewing the site with this system over my laptop with an old Radeon M300 graphics chip. |

| | Re: Can't access John-117 website with Vista/IE Seems to be a problem with Vista, I tried Firefox and Netscape browser, and get the same results. This works fine on my XP systems. I tried adding .Net framework and checked about option available. It just will not accept my birthdate and won't let me proceed to the page. | | Re: Can't access John-117 website with Vista/IE I tried it in Vista IE and it worked fine. Thanks for actually pointing out the site!! Anyhoo, I did just grab the latest flash player the day before for something else, maybe that's why it worked for me?
