We have Vista ultimate 64 bit version. I try to watch movies instantly using
netflix.com and I always get the drm error message. I have tried following
all of the downloads they say to follow on netflix, but it still isn't
working. Does anyone know what I am missing to figure this one out? I tried
the Netflix tech support, but they didn't have much to offer. I am still
unable to watch instantly. Other dvds play fine if I have them in hand.

I have had the same problem for 3 months. I have read countless forums and post on the issue with no resolve.

It works fine on Vista Ult. 32-bit, just my 64-bit is having the issue with DRM.

according to netflix, the issue is the new catalyst drivers for ati hd series cards... i have a feeling there's more to it than that. the rep didn't seem too secure in her diagnosis.

Did any one have this resolved? I have the same problem.

No problem still persits. Only way I get to watch is if I do it through an XP machine, X-Box 360 or a virtual PC on my vista 64 bit machine.

You would have thought they would have gotten this fixed already.
