basic to premuim

I just recently purchased the upgrade from basic 64 to premium 64 thru the
microsoft site. When installing vista states that there have been two
problems identified but will not affect installation, audio device and
storage device. When I come to install the upgrade it gets to the last
section of the install and comes up unable to complete installation please
restart and try again. I have now done this 4 times and it takes 1.5hour and
still will not install. will I need to reformat and start from scratch,
please any suggestions!!!

Re: basic to premuim

Have you tried booting into Safe Mode to see if it will finish the
installation? Worked for me once when I was installing Vista x64.

RE: basic to premuim

Why don't you just fix the 2 problems?
