| | Control Panel does not work I am running Vista basic, and when I try to go into Control Panel, a message comes up saying that Windows Explorer has stopped working, and then explorer restarts. It does not get into the control panel at all. This happened once before, and I formatted the hard drive and started from scratch to rectify the problem It was fine for a couple of weeks, but now I have the same problem again. I do keep up to date with Windows update. Please help!! |
