| | Error message when trying to open Firefox etc For the last couple of days I have not been able to load Firefox - I get a dialog box saying: Error The program must close to allow previous installation attempt to complete. Please restart. I get the same message on another program - Nitro PDF. In this case the program loads but when I click on some of the buttons (not all) on the ribbon I get the above message. Restarting the computer makes no difference. Is there a way to correct this? Denis |

I have deleted Firefox, Tor and am sticking with EI7 that came with my computer. When posting to Usenet I simply use a web proxy and run multiple tabs so I can work. I would suggest sticking with EI7 and not using Firefox. I see no advantage in using it. I had to defrag Vista but it seems to work OK without Firefox. |
