Vista - System restore hasn't held a restore point since I installed Vista

System restore hasn't held a restore point since I installed Vista

What's going on? I create a restore point, and the next time I boot the
machine it doesn't exist. Can someone help me here? I've had Vista since
its release, which should give you an idea how long this has been going on.

I had NO problem with this when using XP.

Do you also run Windows XP on that machine?

Do you have any Symantec products installed such as Norton
Antivirus/Internet Security? If so, this is a known issue. See MVP Bert
