| | Vista puts my mouse/keyboard in a coma??????????? Vista puts my mouse/keyboard in a coma??????????? Both are wireless but there are no special drivers installed = Vista knows these only as conventional PS/2 wired devices = drivers will not benefit the situation Even a Restart isn't enough??? I've have never heard of anything else that cannot be reinstated via restart - The machine has to be fully shutdown and restarted I've stopped it sleeping/hybernating I've installed latest bios Yet it still happens It happens inconsistently (not for weeks then twice in same day - sometimes just mouse, sometimes just keyboard)? - What is it doing on these occasions & how do i stop it doing it? |

Then turn on the power again, A.C. or D.C.. So far, it has worked. The screen gives a message of normal or safe mode starting, and I let it start normally. It is frustrating though. Morton |
