WLMessenger & 64 bit Vista Beta 2.

Seems the installation of WLMessenger has crippled my Vista. WLM gives error
on sign in, error when trying to uninstall & reinstall, IE gives error when
launched (unable to use). Unable to install or uninstall any programs due to
same error, some other programs fail to launch. At this stage this is where
I reinstalled a fresh copy of vista and as long as I don't install WLM
everthing is rock solid all devices and programs functioning properly.

Re: WLMessenger & 64 bit Vista Beta 2.

That would have been an option if I didn't run with it disabled.

Re: WLMessenger & 64 bit Vista Beta 2.

For future reference- if you don't won't to turn on System Restore,
try using Complete Backup. This is probably one of the best features
Microsoft has added to Vista.
