Reinsterting "quick launch" among autostart programs

Hi!

How can I reactivate the "quick start" field (i.e the one inch just
next to the Windows Start button)?

Simply right clicking "task bar > toolbar > quick launch" does *not*
do it (this merely displays the quick launch area without content).

What I did was to accidently deactivate or remove quick start in the
Windows Defender (under "Start programmes" - possibly different term
due to language). Now I don't know how to get it back.

I thank you in advance and wish you a great day!

Put the shortcut icons back into the quick launch toolbar:
