| | VPC 2007 and Windows Server 2003 and Vista Business I wish to install Microsoft Performancepoint Server 2007 on my Vista Business system but the program will only install on Windows Server 2003. Can I set up VPC 2007 so that I have Vista Business as the client and Windows Server 2003 as the server? Also, can I set the system up so that I don't use VPC at all and simply use Vista Business as I now do? TIA David |

| | Re: VPC 2007 and Windows Server 2003 and Vista Business Thank you and thank you for the VMWare suggestion. What I was trying to say directly below is that if I don't need to run the Performancepoint Server 2007 and am just doing regular work, e.g. web surfing or word processing, do I still take a performance hit for using the virtual machine or does this only happen if I'm using the Performancepoint Server 2007?
