I dont thing is a server error, I beleive should be the way I

Re: synchronize clock with an internet time server

most likely a firewall issue i get that sometimes, if i don't do it twice
the firewall blocks it on the first attempt, finally i bought a program
which is better than the system clock plus it tells the time, and it gives
me more option for time servers. it's called say the time 9.0 if you
interested, and i believe i can save you ten buck if you get it.

Re: synchronize clock with an internet time server

You might check your firewall to see if the Network Time Protocol Port 123
is open (it should be).

Re: synchronize clock with an internet time server

Onecare has it's own firewall.
I don't use it, but I found this.....
To open a port for a service or program:

1. On the left side of the Windows Live OneCare display, click View or
change settings.
2. Click the Firewall tab.
3. Under Other settings, click Advanced Settings.
4. Click the Ports and Protocols tab.
