| Guest | Vista Won't Resume from sleep. Hi, I am running Vista Home Premium and my computer will enter sleep mode, however when I attempt to resume it the screen stays blank and the hard drive activity light is lit, but the system does not appear to actually resume. The only difference in my problem is, once i try to start up from sleep, my power button is lit, but, there is no hard drive activity. | Newbie | Re: Vista Won't Resume from sleep. I have found the following information on this site that will fix the issue: A Windows Vista-based computer does not resume from sleep mode if you move or click a USB mouse as the computer is entering sleep mode |
