| | Vista Screen Saver I have been trying, off and on over the past 8 months, to get my screen saver to work but with out success. It would seem to be a routine procedure but my current windows remain open. I had no problem with XP screen savers in the past. My computer is a Dell Inspiron 9400 bought 10 months ago. I installed Vista, supplied by Dell, 7 months ago. In the main I have been able to resolve the other problems encountered after installing Vista. Thanks for your advice. |

Paul's optional update was installed successfully. My screen now turns off but the selected screen saver does not appear. I suppose this will suffice.
