| | Re: How to increase speed Yeh, you can enable the Superfetch service (in services.msc) so when you plug in a USB flash device, you can select as one of the Autoplay options to make your computer faster... | | Re: How to increase speed There really isn't anyway to make it really fast right now, since partly the operating system is simply is not optimized for performance. That won't happen until around BETA 2/RC1. I suggest you check out the following article I posted previous to this post, discussing performance enhancers expected in Windows Vista.
