Junk Mail Filter

Is there ANY way to shut this off so that it does nothing?
Since I began with VISTA in August, I have dilligently been adding my safe
senders or safe domains. The last few days, it has suddenly decided to start
sending to trash senders and domains I had previously recorded as safe. In
two cases, with two messages from the same sender, one went to inbox and the
other to delete.

Re: Junk Mail Filter

You would do better to post to the group of what ever email application you
are using.

Re: Junk Mail Filter

If this is Windows Mail, click Tools > Junk E-mail Options > under 'Choose
the level of junk e-mail protection you want:" select the "No Automatic
Filtering: Mail from blocked senders is still moved to the Junk E-mail
folder".

Re: Junk Mail Filter

Thank you for your reply Winston. I have been adding my chosen senders to my
safe list right from the beginning. What is happening now is that some of
safe senders have now been removed from the safe list and not by me. I've
been patient with this diabolical filtering but I'm ready to eliminate it if
I can.
